Day N Vegas is a three day festival taking place on Friday, November 12th through Sunday, November 14th, 2021. The event will take place at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds in Las Vegas, NV.
NEGATIVE TEST OR VACCINATION REQUIREMENT
After seeing first-hand the low transmission data and successful implementation of safety protocols at our festivals this past month, alongside the rising vaccination rate of eligible Americans, we have updated our policy for Day N Vegas to allow for negative covid test taken within 72 hours of the event OR proof of full vaccination.
Our Health & Safety policy & FAQ's HERE are regularly updated in consideration for our fans, artists and event workers based on our ever-developing circumstances. Plans and mandates may continue to change. We will continue to update this page with developments and more details closer to the festival.
Upon entry, all attendees are required to either:
Provide proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. “Full vaccination” means 14 days or more following the final dose of a US FDA approved or WHO recognized vaccine against COVID-19 (e.g., Moderna, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca/SK Bioscience, Serum Institute of India/COVISHIELD and Vaxzevria, Sinopharm, and Sinovac).
Provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test. The test must be taken no earlier than 72 hours (3 days) prior to your first entry into the festival. (e.g for entering the festival on Fri, November 12th, the test must be taken on Tues, November 9th or later. If entering the festival for the first time on Sat, November 13th, the test must be taken on Wed, November 10th or later) If entering the festival on Friday, negative result will be honored for all festival days.
Day N Vegas x CLEAR Health Pass
The fastest way for guests to show proof of their vaccination status is to utilize Health Pass within the free CLEAR app and use dedicated CLEAR entry lanes for faster entrance to the festival. You will be able to create your profile and scan a picture of your vaccination card in the CLEAR app ahead of time, so no need to worry about bringing a physical copy of your card to the festival. For the most efficient entry, ticket holders should sign up for CLEAR and complete their health screening before arriving.
How to set up your Health Pass:
Want more of a visual? Check out this video tutorial example.
If you choose not to use the CLEAR app or will provide a negative COVID-19 test for entry, we will require the following at the alternative screening lanes:
AND one of the following:
ON-SITE/NEARBY COVID TESTING:
COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending the festival will not be exposed to COVID-19.
ATTENDEE PROMISE & HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
All attendees agree to follow festival policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the festival. According to the CDC, older adults and people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19. All attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the festival. By entering the festival, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and confirm that they will adhere to local quarantine mandates and the CDC quarantine requirements, available here.
Security and safety are of utmost importance. We work hand in hand with law enforcement and public safety agencies to help ensure the safety of our events. Because of those very same concerns, we are unable to publicly comment on detailed specific actions which are taken. Some of the actions you will notice upon your arrival such as magnetometers (for all attendees, staff and performers), sweep dogs & bag checks. Some actions will be unnoticed.
Please note that we will implement magnetometer searches upon festival entry. Please arrive early and note the Prohibited Items list as these will be confiscated at entry.
In the event of an emergency, information may be relayed on the video screens, over the audio system, and/or through mobile notifications.
If you, or a friend, require medical assistance please locate your nearest medical tent or alert a staff member.
And remember: if you see something, say something. Flag down any staff or law enforcement personnel if you notice something that doesn’t seem quite right.
We look forward to seeing you at Day N Vegas 2021!
